Comprehensive Signs Contract to Provide Union With Benefit Discounts

YONKERS, N.Y., Feb. 2, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Comprehensive HealthCare Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:CMHS) announces that it has signed a contract with the oldest painters union in the State of Florida, The International Union of Painters and Allied Trades (IUPAT) -- District Council 78. D.C. 78, which began in 1900, will provide Comprehensive's customized benefit discount cards for a variety of services needed by many of the Union's current members and retirees.

Tim Maitland, Business Manager, Secretary and Treasurer of District Council 78, (www.iupatdc78.com), said, "We are delighted to have found access, through Comprehensive HealthCare Solutions, Inc., to provide discounts on health care benefits and services, paid for by the Union, that many of our members would otherwise not have available to them. Initially, we will be replacing the outdated and limited Dental Plan that currently is provided to our members and retirees with Comprehensive's Dental Provider Network, which offers a wider range of provider and coverage options. We will also be offering, for the first time, through Comprehensive, a new Hearing Aid coverage benefit which our members have requested."

In addition, Mr. Maitland stated, "We also plan to issue a customized prescription discount card to the Union membership, that will be made available to approximately 500 apprentice members, 600 retirees who have no coverage, and those members who exceed the Union's maximum dollar benefit coverage. The Union currently has more then 4,600 statewide members of which about 2,000 are covered by health insurance at a given time. Comprehensive and the Union commenced direct mail distribution of the discount cards to the Union membership on February 1st, 2006."

Paul Rothman, President of Comprehensive HealthCare Solutions, Inc., stated, "Comprehensive will earn a monthly fee from the Union for providing access to Comprehensive's network of Dental and Audiology services providers. In addition, Comprehensive will also earn utilization fees as the union members take advantage of the prescription discount cards. This agreement, along with other previous announcements, has opened up additional distribution outlets for Comprehensive that will help insure its future revenue growth."
