JetBlue Airways Reports January Traffic


NEW YORK, Feb. 6, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- JetBlue Airways Corporation (Nasdaq:JBLU) reported today that its traffic in January increased 25.1 percent from January 2005, on a capacity increase of 27.2 percent.

Load factor for January 2006 was 82.3 percent, a decrease of 1.4 points from January 2005. JetBlue's preliminary completion factor was 99.8 percent and its on-time(1) performance was 70.7 percent.
