Callbright Renews Relationship with FordDirect


MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Feb. 9, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Today Callbright announced it has renewed its relationship with FordDirect as a user and licensed re-seller of Callbright's communications management software. Using state-of-the-art technology, Callbright provides FordDirect and its dealers web-based tools to track their phone calls, measure results from advertising campaigns, and train their salespeople.

FordDirect, using Callbright services, provides dealerships with national toll-free numbers that are then assigned to specific advertising media. As these campaigns generate calls to the assigned toll-free numbers, dealers can automatically capture the caller's publicly-available demographic information, record the call to ensure premium customer service, and generate advertising effectiveness reports resulting from the information log -- all in real time.
