Patrick A. Sulzer, COO of New Generation Plastic Inc. ("NGP") will deliver a speech, presenting the NGP technology as part of the opening plenary session on February 15th, 2006.

The Plastics Recycling 2006 Conference is among the industry's most comprehensive polymer recovery conferences. Plastics Recycling 2006 will feature extensive and detailed industry assessments, including analyses of trends in the U.S. and Canada, plastics collection issues, recycling market factors, and legislative and policy considerations. NGP understands that approximately 400 executives, government officials and others will be in attendance.
