INDIANAPOLIS, Feb. 14, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis (FHLBI) announced today, February 14, 2006, its Form 10 filing, including its financial restatements, with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This document reflects the FHLBI's financial statements from 2002 through the third quarter of 2005.

Today's filing sets in motion FHLBI's ultimate registration with the SEC.
