CORRECTING and REPLACING -- Sunnylife Global Raises its Licensing Royalties Earnings Forecast for Fiscal 2006 to $7.5 Million from $5 Million Reported Earlier


LOS ANGELES, Feb. 17, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- In a release dated Feb. 9, 2006, the word "revenue" used in the headline and first paragraph of the release, has been changed to "earnings". The full, corrected release follows:

Sunnylife Global, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SNYL) announced today that it is raising its licensing royalties earnings forecast for Fiscal 2006 to $7.5 million from the $5 million reported on November 28, 2005. According to Richard Lo, Sunnylife's President: "This is the result of better than anticipated results for the first 4 months of Fiscal 2006 just released by the Company."

Mr. Lo further added: "We are pleased with the progress of our results as reported and our demonstrated abilities to enhance shareholder value. These results exclude anticipated profit contributions from our hospital and assisted living care activities. They will be added to our forecast as our capital goals are accomplished."
