NEW YORK, Feb. 21, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Sports Video Group (SVG) announced today the members of its Advisory Board, which is comprised of technology leaders in sports production for television, broadband and mobile devices.

The Sports Video Group was formed in 2005 to support the professional community that relies on video, audio, and broadband technologies to produce and distribute sports content. "The Sports Video Group serves a valuable purpose by providing the sports industry with a central organization to discuss new technologies," said Chuck Pagano, chief technology officer of ESPN.
