Sunscreen Required: JetBlue's New Summer Routes Are Sizzling!


NEW YORK, Feb. 22, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- JetBlue Airways (Nasdaq:JBLU) today announces new service expansion between popular JetBlue destinations. As part of JetBlue's focus on expanding its route map, the carrier is introducing new service, effective May 3, between: Washington, DC/Dulles and Las Vegas, NV; Boston, MA and Phoenix, AZ; and New York City/La Guardia and Orlando, FL. Additionally, during the busier summer travel months, JetBlue will increase flights to and from several other JetBlue destinations.

Travel must take place between May 3 and June 12, 2006. Introductory fare is not valid between May 25 and May 30, 2006. JetBlue's regular fares will range from $154 to $349(a) each way. JetBlue continues its expansion of service from Boston's Logan airport with new service to Phoenix, AZ. Phoenix will become the 17th destination for Bostonians (after the launch of new service to Richmond, VA on March 31). And with this service, JetBlue customers in Phoenix now have nonstop flights to New York and Boston.

This summer, JetBlue will offer 18 daily nonstop flights to Orlando from all three New York City area airports - the only low-fare airline to serve Florida from New York's JFK, LaGuardia and Newark, NJ.

JetBlue is offering a sale fare between New York/LaGuardia and Orlando beginning at $84(a) each way, with a minimum 7-day advance purchase. Travel must take place between May 3 and June 12, 2006.Sale fare is not valid between May 25 and May 30, 2006. JetBlue's regular fares will range from $104 to $299(a) each way.
