WSRV has decided to concentrate and grow its financial media operations and has ceased all operations pertaining to financial consulting. With the hiring of Hank O'Brien as Creative Director, WSRV will be able to offer new services by taking advantage of Mr. O'Brien's experence. Mr. O'Brien has just recently relocated back to South Florida to assist WSRV in finding a studio to begin production of a 30 minute financial show. WSRV will seek to acquire other companies in the media sector and to form strategic alliances to help grow and continue to offer new services for its clients.

Press Releases: 247MG through its website distributes third party press release that are submitted through its website. The website is fully automated allowing the client once given access to upload their press release select the date, time, form of distribution either local or national, and then attach their release. The client would then select submit and the release is placed in the system and released at the appropriate time. The client is sent an email with the time their release hit the wire and a second email is sent detailing the distribution of the release. 247MG has been creating a database of all periodicals, broken down by their distribution weekly, daily, bi-weekly and by category whether its investments, oil and gas and so on, 247MG has also compiled a database of radio and television stations. This will allow clients to further disseminate their information on a cost effective basis.
Edgar Filings: 247MG had licensed software allowing it to act as a third party filer for all public companies. 247MG had the license for the software for two years and is seeking to increase its customer base.
