Although no formal presentation will be given at the conference, Mr. Henry will participate in a series of group investor meetings.
On Monday, March 6, 2006, Dobson Communications plans to present an overview of the Company's operations and strategy at the Raymond James and Associates 27th Annual Institutional Investors Conference in Orlando. The Dobson presentation is scheduled for 8:05 a.m. on Monday, March 6, and the Company will be participating in investor meetings that day and Tuesday, March 7.
