An agreement has been reached between the Norwegian owners of Viking Redningstjeneste AS involving the sale of all the shares in the company to Falck Danmark A/S.
The capital gain on Bilia Personbil AS’ 5.4 per cent holding in Redningstjeneste AS is SEK 10.8 M. The agreement is dependent on approval being granted by the relevant competition authority.
