DME Interactive Subsidiary Enters Strategic Partnership with Multi-Media Giant VeriSign Corp.


NEW YORK, March 2, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- DME Interactive Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:DMHD), a multimedia company with an ethnically diverse perspective used to tap both minority and mainstream markets, is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary Ritmo Tunes, LLC, has entered into a strategic partnership with Jamster!, a division of VeriSign Corporation, and its existing partner Vardo Entertainment, LLC to serve as the premier provider of Latin youth mobile content.

Ritmo Tunes, LLC will serve as the premiere Latin youth music portal and digital distributor of mobile content such as ring tones, ring backs, wallpapers, games and software for mobile communication devices. Ritmo Tunes will target the emerging Latino urban youth market for direct consumer marketing and will promote Reggaeton, Latin Hip-Hop, Pop and Rock artists as well as other entertainment content.

Under the terms of the agreement, Ritmo Tunes, LLC will leverage Jamsters! worldwide distribution channel, marketing expertise and advertising campaigns as it expands operations, targets the Reggaeton market and helps facilitate the Latin Youth cross-over movement in the digital entertainment world.
