Rocky Mountain Waste Inc. (RMW). RMW, a residential waste collection company in operations for over 9 years, provides weekly residential waste collection to over 9000 homes, front load services to surrounding communities and manages a Provincial Government Contract to provide waste collection and hauling from Provincial Parks and Recreation areas surrounding Calgary.
DB Waste Disposal Inc. (DBW). DBW, in operations for over 6 years, provides roll off and front end waste removal for residential, commercial and oil field clients.
DB Port-a-Podi Ltd. (DBP). DBP, in operations for 20 years, provides portable toilets to construction sites, oil field sites, community and special events throughout the Province. DBP is recognized as the premium service provider due to the equipment, service and standard of quality they provide their clients.
Strathmore Septic Services Ltd. (SS). SS, in operations for over 26 years, provides septic service, power flushing and septic repair services to the communities and rural areas bordering Calgary.
These potential mergers, combined with BWI's current operations, will further diversify BWI's services making BWI the only company able to offer our clients a complete waste management solution. BWI anticipates that upon finalization of the proposed agreement, combined annual revenues will exceed $10 million dollars.
