Energy Vision International Subsidiary, American Geothermal, Awarded Prestigious Show Home Installation Contract

OXFORD, Mass., March 6, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Energy Vision International (Pink Sheets:EGVI), a rapidly growing diversified energy company, announced today its subsidiary American Geothermal contracted with Bill Dunn Construction (http://www.billdunnconstruction.com) to install a complete DeMarco Energy Miser geothermal heating and cooling system in the model home of a 20-home development at the Faith Ranch Project, Wimberley, Texas.

The model home is slightly over 4,300 square feet but is expected to see an average energy bill of under $100.00 per month. The development project will utilize a number of the latest environmentally friendly and energy efficient technologies including rainwater collection, solar photovoltaic panels, tankless hot water heating system, architectural shading, double pane low-e wood windows, Icynene foam insulation, and two DeMarco Energy Miser two stage, 25.3 Energy Efficiency Ratio, units.

"This is the first project that has combined all of the best energy saving technologies currently on the market into one home," states Victor M. DeMarco, President of American Geothermal System, Inc. "We expect that at certain times of the year the electric meter will be turning backwards, by that I mean the power company will be purchasing energy from this home."

Anthony Welch, Chairman of Energy Vision International added "This is very exciting development in our growth strategy. Residential Construction companies are realizing the added value associated with incorporating energy efficient technology in new housing projects. The DeMarco Energy Miser System has a 20-year proven track record of reliability and performance which is an extremely important consideration for home builders, architects and property developers during the selection process of HVAC systems."
