U.S. MedSys Responds to Stock Promotion Activity


HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, N.J., March 6, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- U.S. MedSys Corp. (OTCBB:UMSY) (the "Company") announced today that it has become aware of "spam" emails being disseminated that reference the Company.

The Company has not contracted with any third party to send emails, and disavows all knowledge of the emails or their contents.

Any prospective investor relying on the information provided in such emails should be aware that the Company has not endorsed these emails and has not reviewed any such emails and is not aware of their content.

The Company, although not responsible for the emails, apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the perpetrators of these improper emails.
