Keller Rohrback L.L.P. Announces Investigation on Behalf of Participants and Beneficiaries of the Dana Corp. Retirement Plans

SEATTLE, March 6, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Keller Rohrback L.L.P. (www.erisafraud.com) today announced that it has commenced an investigation against Dana Corp. (the "Company") (NYSE:DCN) for potential violations of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA"). The investigation focuses on investments held in DCN stock by the Dana Corp. retirement plans.

Keller Rohrback's investigation focuses on concerns that Dana Corp. and the plan administrators may have breached their fiduciary duties of loyalty and prudence to the Plan's participants. A breach may have occurred if the fiduciaries failed to prudently manage the Plan's assets by, among other things, holding Company stock in the Plan at a time when the stock was not a suitable and appropriate investment. A breach also may have occurred if the fiduciaries withheld or concealed material information from the Plan's participants with respect to the Company's business, financial results and operations, thereby encouraging participants and beneficiaries to continue to maintain investments of company stock in the Plan.
