HumWare Media Corporation Unveils the New Boondoggle Sports Network at the Nightclub and Bar Trade Show

Network Offered to Hospitality Establishments as a FREE Service to Keep Patrons in Their Seats Longer and Spend More Money, While Delivering Targeted Advertisements to a Coveted Demographic


GOLDEN, Colo., March 7, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- HumWare Media Corporation (Pink Sheets:HMWM) today announced the launch of the Boondoggle Sports Network at the Nightclub and Bar Trade Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

John Huemoeller, CEO of HumWare, commented, "This launch signifies our expansion of delivering fantasy sports into the hospitality industry while providing advertisers with the ability to target one of the most sought after demographic groups out there -- affluent, wired, college educated, white collar young men with large disposable incomes, that are not afraid to spend it."

The new Boondoggle Sports Network offers establishments year-round interactive fantasy sports contests, sports trivia and sports news entertainment that is delivered via the Internet and displayed on television monitors inside the establishment. The service is offered to establishments FREE and revenue provided from local advertisers is shared with the location. Establishments are also given an inventory of space on the network to promote in-house specials, food and beverage sales or upcoming events.

Since 2003, Boondoggle has been increasing traffic, bringing patrons back to their favorite establishment and promoting higher revenues with its patent pending product, "Fantasy DayGame" (NFL football). The growing list of various sports bars and restaurants signed up for 2005 included: Champps Americana, Fox and Hound, Humperdinks, Jillians, Britannia Arms, Legends & Heroes, and Rawlings All-American Grille.

Boondoggle is rolling out the new network by licensing exclusive territories to experienced marketing firms in the top 100 markets in the U.S. The Network was built to deliver highly targeted local, regional and national advertisements that are interspersed within the entertainment. Boondoggle plans to release several new fantasy sports product offerings in 2006 including: Marching2Madness, Fantasy Golf, Auto Racing, Baseball, Basketball and Hockey as well as several interactive sports trivia games.
