IElement Corporation Forms International Advisory Board

DALLAS, March 9, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- IElement Corporation (OTCBB:IELM) (Frankfurt: SZQ1.F), a nationwide provider of advanced communications services and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) solutions, announced today that it has created an international advisory board.

The advisory board will consist of 3-5 members, each of which will bring substantial industry and business experience to the company. The advisory board will greatly enhance the company's ability to plan and implement a successful long-term strategy.

IElement also announced today that two German citizens, Stefan Muller and Fred Schmitz, will be the first members of the international advisory board. The German investment community made significant contributions to the company's recent extremely successful private placement. German investors have also generated increased interest in IElement as well as substantially increased the company's stock trading volume on the Frankfurt exchange over the last 90 days.

Mr. Muller is very well-known and respected within the finance industry and Mr. Schmitz within the telecom industry. Both will provide IElement with direction and assistance in developing key European relationships that will allow the company to implement its VoIP business plan throughout the continent.

Mr. Muller brings with him 11 years of proprietary equity trading experience at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Equinet Securities and Sal Oppenheim. He has also designed corporate broker concepts for more than 100 listed companies and was responsible for the trading activities of a large number of German IPOs and secondary placements. Since January 2006 Mr. Muller has been a Managing Partner at Proprietary Partners AG, a hedge fund asset management company, in Wollerau, Switzerland.

Mr. Schmitz has over 10 years of telecommunications experience. He founded Median Telecom and built it into one of the leading Telecom/VoIP companies in Spain. Mr. Schmitz sold Median to Amitelo AG in 2005.

Very few public companies worldwide have positioned themselves as well as IElement for the large-scale acceptance and corresponding adoption of VoIP. The international advisory board will help ensure that the company capitalizes on this unique opportunity.

IElement intends to announce the next member of its international advisory board shortly.
