FLORENCE, Ky., March 14, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- ImmuDyne (Pink Sheets:IMMD), the leading supplier of Yeast Beta Glucan, today announced an agreement with ex-Chairman, Robert Nakamura M.D., wherein the former officer and director has surrendered all of his options and stock. As such, this event involves a net reduction of more than 1,500,000 options, plus a small amount of Nakamura's personal stock, in the favor of ImmuDyne. The ex-Chairman had resigned from the Company in 2003 and the above agreement resolved issues which arose thereafter.
