Seven Key Chinese Officials From Central, Provincial and Local Government to Present First U.S.-China Joint Venture Hospital Permit to Sunnylife Expected During Week of April 10th, Activating Some $19 Million in Incremental Revenue Under SNYL's Prepaid Medical Membership Program


LOS ANGELES, March 21, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Sunnylife Global, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SNYL) announced today it will host a delegation of 7 high-level Chinese Government officials, composed of representatives from key departments in China's Central, Provincial and Local Governments, in Los Angeles, beginning the week of April 10th. The scheduled Permit Delegation will effect the transfer of Xiang Tan Li Juan Hospital, a 326 beds facility in the City of Xiang Tan with a population of some 28 million people in Hunan Province whose population exceeds 64 million people, to Sunnylife Global, Inc. in accordance with various prior signed agreements between the Chinese Government and Sunnylife's World Friendship Hospital Group.

The Hunan Group will be honored by the City of Los Angeles' City Council President Eric Garcetti. There are also scheduled visits to key area hospitals including Kaiser Permanente, along with presentations to investment groups sponsored by well-known securities companies. Further scheduled are visits to San Francisco, where they will visit Stanford University's medical facilities, and then Sacramento, where they will be honored by the State of California, before continuing on to Washington, D.C. where additional commendations will be received from the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives. The Group's final stop will be New York City where they will visit the U.S. Stock Exchanges plus continue with visitations to local hospitals.
