Schildroth has extensive experience in the aviation and airline industry, with an impressive background in executive management and operations. Before joining Leading Edge Aviation Services, Schildroth was director of maintenance at Kalitta Air LLC, where he successfully deployed just-in-time and process-improvement systems to increase production capacity as well as decrease turnaround times and cost. Before Kalitta Air, he was executive vice president and chief operating officer at EADS Aeroframe Services LLC. Schildroth also served as president and CEO of Seaborn Virgin Island Inc. and held senior management positions at DHL Airways Inc. and PanAm World Airways Inc. Schildroth received a bachelor's degree in business management from Stanton University in Houston.
