DME Subsidiary Acquires Reggaeton Compilation Disc, 'Sangre Nueva,' for Ritmo Tunes Latin Mobile Content Distribution Partner

NEW YORK, March 22, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- DME Interactive Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:DMHD), a multimedia company with an ethnically diverse perspective used to tap both minority and mainstream markets, is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Ritmo Tunes, acquired Reggaeton heavyweights Hector el Bambino and Nando's compilation disc, "Sangre Nueva." The artist's catalogue will be released through Ritmo Tunes, the official mobile source for today's music superstars.

True to the compilation's title, there is plenty of "sangre nueva" (new blood) showcased on this album of young, fresh Reggaeton MCs. Ritmo Tunes features all 29 exclusive tracks while guest appearances by genre mainstays like Tego Calderon, Daddy Yankee, and Don Omar bring credibility to the album. New music from burgeoning talent Yomo is also featured on Ritmo Tunes.

DME Interactive Holdings, Inc. CEO, Darien Dash, stated, "We are all very excited about our latest addition. Ritmo Tunes is in the process of expanding its catalogue, and we will be releasing exclusive tracks in the near future from the hottest Reggaeton and hip-hop albums."

Ritmo Tunes President, Nelson Diaz, added, "I want to show artists the benefits of releasing their catalogues through Ritmo Tunes." Mr. Diaz continued to say, "The future is now, and it's exciting that I can help pave the way for the Reggaeton and Latin music community into the digital revolution."
