Nevada Gold Retains Financial Advisor


HOUSTON, March 23, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Nevada Gold & Casinos, Inc. (AMEX:UWN) today announced that it has retained Libra Securities, LLC ("Libra") as its financial advisor to review potential initiatives intended to enhance long-term shareholder value.

Libra is expected to assist the Company in reviewing possible acquisitions and asset divestitures among other initiatives. The Company indicated that it was premature to estimate when the review would be completed or what potential initiatives, if any, would be undertaken.
