CALIMESA, Calif., March 24, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:IGTG), a medical device manufacturer of OxyAlert(tm), OxyView, and Secure Balance(tm), announced today that Alexander Haig, former Secretary of State for President Ronald Reagan, will interview and feature Ingen Technologies through the television production "Health Journal Television" to be released in May 2006.

Increasing problems of malpractice lawsuits, medical waste efficiency, and growth in the elderly population have increased a demand for breakthrough medical products. Ingen Technologies shows us how they are meeting these special needs with innovative product developments.

Health Journal Television has elected to include a 3-4 minute segment that includes interviews from key executives, product presentation, and give an overview by field experts as a part of a 30 minute show that illustrates how the Company is impacting the industry. The domestic television exposure includes 84 million television households through CNBC (as paid programming) with 58 million on DirectTV and Dish Network. In addition, the Bravo Network (as paid programming) includes 70 Million cable households. The segment will be televised on the Health & Science Television Network and the Long Term Care Network; both networks deliver educational medical programming via satellite to 650 acute care facilities and 750 long-term care facilities, respectively.

This product enhances the safety, assurance and accuracy of patients being administered oxygen from any source. OxyView is a lightweight pneumatic gauge that is attached to the oxygen tubing just below the neck. It informs the nursing staff of the oxygen flow rate near the patient. It could quickly inform the physician or technician of any leak or inaccuracy between the delivery source and the patient.

The Secure Balance(tm) product is a private-label product that includes a vestibular function testing system and balance therapy system. The vestibular function testing system is manufactured by Interacoustics LTD. in Denmark and is referred to as the VNG. The balance therapy system is manufactured by SportKAT(r), Inc. in San Diego, California. The Secure Balance(tm) program provides equipment, education and training about balance and fall prevention to physicians and clinicians worldwide.

The Pure Produce product is a continuing research and development program currently under design. This program uses hydroponics technology to grow various plants without the use of soil, fertilizer and water consumption. The Company anticipates entering the nutriceutical and pharmaceutical markets over the next two years.
