HINGHAM, Mass., March 29, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Evercel, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EVRC) today announced that it has completed its merger with Sontek Industries, Inc. A total of 80 percent of the eligible Sontek shareholders have voted. All votes were in favor of the merger.
