Sunnylife Global, Inc., a Publicly Traded Company in Southern California, to be First American Company Granted a Business License by the Chinese Government to Operate in the People's Republic of China

LOS ANGELES, March 30, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Sunnylife Global, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SNYL) announced today that it is the first American company to be granted a Business License to operate in China. The License Certificate No. 0556651 was issued to Sunnylife Global, Inc. with the official Government seal on February 22, 2006.

"We are very proud to be the first recipient of this License marking the end of a long and very important approval process and the beginning of our future in China," said Richard Lo, President of Sunnylife. "For four years we have prepared for and complied with the many regulatory processes involved in the actual issuance of this License to do business in China."

Sunnylife Global will receive a delegation of seven key Chinese officials from the Central, Provincial and Local governments to present the first U.S.-China Joint Venture Hospital Permit to Sunnylife transferring the Xiang Tan Li Juan Hospital with 326 beds in the City of Xiang Tan. This will be in accordance with the first of a series of agreements signed between the local Chinese governments and the World Friendship Hospital Group. The Business License will allow Sunnylife to begin the process of enrolling the first 50,000 members into the Health Care Management System designed by Sunnylife Global under the terms of their agreements and to begin receiving the prescribed $18.8 million guaranteed to Sunnylife by the local government to provide the health care. This is the model for each of the hospitals provided for in the seven signed agreements currently signed and in place. The Company expects to add to that number of hospitals at an accelerated rate in the near future.
