Unique Pizza and Subs Corporation Receives Commitment for Five New Locations in Milwaukee


PITTSBURGH, April 3, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Unique Pizza and Subs Corporation (Pink Sheets:UPZS) is pleased to announce that they have finalized another commitment with a franchisee group in Milwaukee. The group has committed to opening five locations over the next twenty-four months, and will represent Unique Pizza and Subs' first opening in the Midwest.

Unique Pizza and Subs is expecting to have their first store in this region open by mid-to-late summer 2006. The Company's plan is to convert existing stores to expand their presence in the market. The Unique Pizza and Subs master franchisee has a strategy to convert an additional 15 stores over the same timeframe. Milwaukee, Wisconsin is a city of approximately 554,965 residents, well known for its various breweries.
