PrimeZone Signs Agreement with the Caribbean Media Corporation to Provide News Distribution Service in the Caribbean and to Caribbean Companies

LOS ANGELES and BARBADOS, April 4, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- PrimeZone Media Network today announced a strategic alliance with Caribbean Media Corporation (CMC), the premier provider of news and information in the Caribbean serving more than 20 Caribbean countries and island nations as a major source of news and other information for the region.

The alliance with CMC will strongly strengthen PrimeZone's distribution network in the Caribbean. Press releases targeted to reach the Caribbean media and general public will be translated into Spanish in full-text and distributed to newspapers, television and radio stations, periodicals, and online news subscribers, through CMC's news wire service.

The alliance with CMC will also provide CMC access to PrimeZone's press release distribution network in the U.S. and other regions such as Europe and Asia. CMC will be able to provide to Caribbean companies comprehensive reach to the media and investment communities outside the Caribbean. This will greatly strengthen CMC's position as a premier provider of news and information.

"The Caribbean has tremendous business opportunities, where many of our clients in the airline, hospitality, and travel industries, would like to reach the media," said Tom Madden, CEO of PrimeZone. "By affiliating with the Caribbean Media Corporation, we are confident that our clients' news will be distributed through the best distribution channel in the region."

"This is an excellent opportunity and a welcome partnership to allow us to offer Caribbean businesses the international reach. As a Corporation we have always boasted about being the One Stop Shop in the Caribbean, this alliance now brings added value to that statement," said Michael Whyte, Commercial & New Business Development Manager of the Caribbean Media Corporation.
