360 Global Wine Company and Viansa Winery & Italian Marketplace to Sponsor the Sonoma Valley Film Festival

SONOMA, Calif., April 4, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- 360 Global Wine Company (OTCBB:TSIX), and the Viansa Winery & Italian Marketplace, announce their Premier Sponsorship of the 9th annual Sonoma Valley Film Festival.

Because of the distinctive approach of the festival, which will be held from April 5 through April 9, 2006, it has become a premier destination experience celebrating independent filmmaking, panel discussions, and an array of "epicuria" highlights that include Sonoma wine and specialty food pairings at each film screening. In addition to serving as a Premier Sponsor, Viansa Winery will be the exclusive Epicuria partner at the festival's headquarters, the historic Sebastiani Theatre. Festival-goers will be treated to a wide range of Viansa's high-quality Italian varietal-based wines paired with gourmet hors d'oeuvres served in the Sebastiani Theatre's lobby before each film.

In addition to Viansa, other Premier-level sponsors of this prestigious film festival include Entertainment Weekly, Mercedes-Benz, Washington Mutual Home Loan, NelsonJobs.com, San Francisco Chronicle, ABC7, Comcast/IFC, and WineCountry.com.

"Viansa is thrilled to be sponsoring this unique event which celebrates the richness of life in the Sonoma Valley. The typical profile of the film festival attendees is directly in line with the individuals we hope to attract to the Viansa family of wines and to the Tuscan Wine Club. There is enormous opportunity here for us to introduce America's premier producer of Italian varietal wines to our target client," said 360 Global Wine Company CEO Jake Shapiro. In addition, commenting on the choice of Sonoma as an ideal locale for the event, he noted, "Like independent filmmaking, Viansa is rooted in a long family tradition of hand-crafted excellence guided by singular vision."

Throughout the festival, Viansa will be welcoming its Tuscan Wine Club Members to Sonoma and to the winery for special private tours and tastings. Viansa's wines will also be featured at the festival's Saturday night Gala, the biggest special event of the 5-day and night festival. Over 500 guests are expected to attend, enjoying live entertainment, great Sonoma food and wine, and cooking demonstrations by local celebrity chefs, including Viansa's chef and Food Network favorite Curtis Aikens.
