FREEPORT, N.Y., April 4, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- In her new book, Aren't You the Family We're Talking to From Heaven? (now available through AuthorHouse), SallyMae Jackson tells the inspirational true story of a family that was chosen to experience the miracle of God's presence.
Jackson's supernatural experiences began in 1990, when a series of what she would later discover to be prophetic dreams began. She began a journal in which she recorded each dream and the waking realizations that always followed. With each new day and experience, Jackson says she became more aware of an intense yet calming feeling that she was never really alone.
"I am having the greatest experience with the Lord that I could ever hope to have, so I have to tell somebody," Jackson says. "I often say to the family, 'If we never have this experience again, it's okay. The testimony couldn't get any better.'"
As the journal entries expanded and remarkable events began happening to other members of Jackson's family, she was supernaturally inspired to write Aren't You the Family We're Talking to From Heaven? She includes many of the miracles and supernatural happenings she says came about as her family was drawn together from all over to a house where they all witnessed God's wonder.
Readers follow the ups and downs of the family as its members learn to balance this world's free will with God's plan. The result is a fascinating study in modern spirituality.
"I still write everything because I believe everything God says and I want everything God has for me and my family," says Jackson. "God has chosen this family. The dreams, visions and deja vu are going to keep coming, because heaven said there is 'no end.' That's why I have to keep writing."
Jackson is a 64-year-old mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Aren't You the Family We're Talking to From Heaven? is her account of experiencing God's comfort and constant presence in the midst of her life and that of her family. She currently resides on Long Island.
