Northrop Grumman Hosts Technology Forum for Government Customers


MELBOURNE, Fla., April 5, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) hosted a customer review of its technology portfolio at a two-day Technology Forum here on March 28-29. The forum provided a venue for Northrop Grumman to interact with its customers on current and future needs and provided an opportunity to showcase the latest company-developed technologies.

Representatives from NASA, the Air Force Research Laboratory, Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, and Army Aviation Technology, among others, took part in the forum hosted by Northrop Grumman Integrated Systems sector's airborne ground surveillance and battle management systems business area.

Attendees were able to choose from among 61 technical briefings, take part in 38 tabletop demonstrations and view a variety of Northrop Grumman products that were on display. In addition to the technology sessions, guests toured the Melbourne Cyber Warfare Integration Network and learned how it is used in theater warfare operations analysis. They also visited the integration test facility laboratory.
