China Adnet Enterprises, Inc. -- Name Change, Symbol Change and Reverse Stock Split


NEW YORK, April 5, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Baker Communications, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BAKR) announced today that it is changing its name to "China Adnet Enterprises, Inc." and will begin trading under the new trading symbol (Pink Sheets:CAEJ). In addition, the Company announced a 1:190 reverse split of its outstanding common shares. Both actions were approved by the Company's shareholders at a meeting held on February 22, 2006.
