Crosspoint Group, Inc. Subsidiary, Lectrique Solaire Announces Contract With Hattiesburg, Mississippi to Install Proprietary 185,000 Gallon Solar Swimming Pool Heating System

MANDEVILLE, La., April 7, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Lectrique Solaire Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Crosspoint Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CPGP), today announced that it has entered into a major solar contract with the city of Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

There are three solar heating base line systems sold. The first is Copper Clad Panels which are expensive, made of breakable glass and heavy for roof top mounting. The second is Acrylic Panels which have problems with hard plastic designs and winter-time usage. The third is called TBHC, and is a flexible, easily installed, internal star heater, with durable, corrosion resistant parts and fixtures, with very high energy heat transfer and can be bought in various btu ranges.

Lectrique Solaire Company has designed and is installing the massive three Thermal Board Heater/Cooling System (TBHC-01) trays (4 feet x 48 feet each). "TBHC" is a Lectrique Solaire unique trademarked system to keep this 185,000 gallon water system tuned to 82-85 degrees year around. This system is corrosion resistant with high temperature discharge capacity up to ranges from 125-175 degrees Fahrenheit. The TBHC-01 System resists chlorine hardening and chlorine salt build up. This is a high or low pressure system that can work with or without external pump recirculation off grid/no electrical cost. The system has an auto drain if maintenance is ever required.

No competitor has designed or developed a system that has the dual range of heating and/or cooling with one system, heating elevated ranges of 195 Degrees, corrosion resistance, or even the ease of installation. Due to these facts, the President of Crosspoint Group, Donald "Rex" Gay, stated that more contracts are being negotiated because of the massive flexibility of its product line and the superior design of installation which makes Lectrique Solaire's product unique and more compatible with today's market.

This system can be used with glyceride or methyl-alcohol in a recirculation system as a heat or cooling system.

Lectrique Solaire is negotiating numerous contracts with the poultry industry in numerous states for heat and cool systems as a single mechanical unit for poultry farmers. Due to the natural gas, propane and electrical energy prices, poultry farmers are looking for alternative ways to keep baby chickens warm and/or cool depending the time of year and to move the nitrogen gas build-up out of the container area. The proprietary design for the poultry farmers will allow off-grid heating and cooling while at the same time using off-grid power to energize fans for air movement.

Thermal Board Heater/Cooling Systems has proven as a viable change in heating and cooling of homes, offices, recreational areas, gyms, open tent areas, ponds, swimming pools and poultry arenas. This will be the system most consumers will move toward to heat and cool their homes, offices and work arenas as an alternative to electrical and hydrocarbon gas.
