A Broker Mentioned Day Trading Dell Is Adding More Capacity And More People To Deal With The Volume
U.S. stocks like Dell (Nasdaq:DELL) are a leading indicator of economic activity. Yet, daytraders are too inexperienced for bear markets and only know how to trade bull markets. I mean, who was it that said, "day trading DELL is adding more capacity and more people to deal with the volume?"
My bet is on a broker.
You see, I like to daytrade DELL because it's just too hard keep up with the "Joneses" and I don't like to lose money. Frankly, the options market for DELL is inherently worried for precisely the same reasons. Trading stocks like DELL is all about finding the right people and the right companies. In the case of DELL, the right people are more and more overseas (Dell is outsourcing many jobs these days), and the right company is, well, DELL.
Yet, as a daytrader in DELL I would listen to the adage that, "daytrading is no longer glorified as it was in 2000 and before." Hence, I give DELL a rating of "SELL" under the current market conditions.
