Major programs include Force XXI Battle Command Brigade and Below-Blue Force Tracking; Command Post Platform; Counter-Rocket, Artillery, Mortar Integration and Fielding; Global Combat Support System-Army; and the logistics and network management segments of the Future Combat System.

Since joining TRW in 1980, Zelickson has served in various program management and engineering analysis positions. Northrop Grumman acquired TRW in 2002.
