Sports-Stuff and Space Racing Partner Up to Develop Formula One Pool and Wireless Auto Market Place

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, April 21, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Sports-Stuff.com Inc. (Pink Sheets:SSUF) (Frankfurt:S5F), a publisher and distributor of SMS alerts, mobile web sites, ringtones and mobile video games for the sports and entertainment industry, is pleased to announce that it has partnered with Space Racing Inc. to develop a suite of wireless applications for motor sports racing, beginning with a Formula One mobile pool and moving to MotoGP.

Formula One, abbreviated to F1 and also known as Grand Prix racing, is the pinnacle of motor sport racing. It is a worldwide sport, involving an annual World Drivers Championship and World Constructors Championship, and is one of the most widely viewed sports in the world, as annual team budgets average in the hundreds of millions of U.S. dollars. It is based around a series of races (19 in 2005), known as grand prix, on custom-constructed courses or closed-off street circuits.

Space Racing President Dylon Koh noted, "The Space Racing F1 Pool will give users the opportunity to be a team boss and create and manage their own driving team while on the go. Users will be able to buy and sell drivers, engines, chassis and tires all from their mobile phone."

In addition to the F1 Pool, Sports-Stuff will also be creating a wireless MotoGP pool as well as providing the mobile output for Space Racing's new high performance online market place at SpaceRacing.com.

Kevin Day, SSUF's President, stated, "We are very excited to have this opportunity to showcase our mobile technology to Formula One racing fans and car enthusiasts on a worldwide scale through the Space Racing portal."

The Space Racing F1 Pool and mobile marketplace will be available in multiple languages starting with English and Japanese. It will be targeted at the Japanese audience where the F1 Pool is a new concept. F1 has a huge audience in Japan due to the fact that 6 of the cars in F1 are fielded by Japanese manufacturers (2 Toyota, 4 Honda). In addition to that it has also fielded two Japanese drivers.

SSUF will be paid a fee to develop the pool and will also be revenue sharing on the mobile content. Revenue sharing opportunities include percentages of fees to list cars in the mobile section of spaceracing.com as well as merchandise and services sold through the mobile site.
