Filing of Vitasti's Form 10-KSB for the Fiscal Year Ended December 31, 2005 Will be Delayed

NEW YORK, April 24, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Vitasti, Inc. (OTCBB:VITSE) (the "Company") today announced that the filing of its Form 10-KSB for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2005 will be delayed due to the backlog in the accounting of its last two transactions.

The Company remains committed to accurate financial reporting and is working diligently with its new auditors, Manning Elliott LLP, and its attorneys, Steady Law Group, LLP, to ensure filing in the very near future.

The 2004K and the first two quarters of 2005 have been restated and filed on March 21, 2006 for the 10KSB/A and on April 7, 2006 for the 10QSB/A. The company filed an 8K on April 18, 2006 announcing its new Auditor, Manning Elliott LLP. As of this date, Manning Elliott has begun the process of getting the company current on its filings.

The Company will begin trading under the symbol "VITSE" effective at the opening of business on Monday, April 24, 2006. The Company has 30 days to complete its filing though we anticipate being compliant within 2 weeks and to resume trading under our assigned symbol, VITS. We thank our investors for their patience.
