MillerEllin Takes Helm as Company's New Audit Firm


CHICAGO, April 24, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- eNucleus, Inc. (OTCBB:ENUIE) announced today that as of the opening of business on April 21, 2006, an "E" will be appended to the end of the Company's trading symbol for its securities. Therefore, commencing on April 21, 2006, the trading symbol for the Company's common stock will be changed from "ENUI" to "ENUIE."

The Company was unable to file its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2005 on time due to a change in the Company's auditors, as specified in its 8-K filing on March 27, 2006. The company expects no changes to its earlier filings.
