RIDGEWOOD, N.J., April 25, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Over 40,000 dealers and distributors at the 106th Kitchen and Bath Industry Show are revealing the latest trends in kitchen and bath design. Closed to the general public, the show is the largest in the world -- created to keep consumers "ahead of the curve" on products, designs and trends.

"More and more people are looking for a focal point in the kitchen," says design expert Janice Costa. "Something that's really striking and makes a unique statement."

From the floor at the Chicago convention, Costa and Daina Manning, co-authors of Everything and the Kitchen Sink, reveal the most unique ideas from the big players in the industry, as well as products designed to meet the demands of today's active families.
