Aetna Selects American Specialty Health to Administer Chiropractic Benefits to HMO Members in Three States


SAN DIEGO, April 27, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- American Specialty Health (ASH) recently announced that it will administer chiropractic benefits for more than 750,000 Aetna HMO members in the states of Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Virginia.

Beginning May 1, Aetna HMO members can receive covered chiropractic services from more than 1,500 providers contracted with ASH subsidiary, American Specialty Health Networks, Inc. (ASH Networks).

"Our agreement with American Specialty Health offers broader access to coordinated chiropractic services for Aetna HMO members in these three states."
