EMC is in a range. Momentum indicators I follow suggest the trend will be down, though. I believe that if the market were to head lower, EMC could lead the way. That said, I believe the downside risk is not significant on a percent basis. If you are looking for either lower or higher prices with EMC I do not believe you'll find a strong move either way at the moment. As a stock to trade I would probably look at other equities before EMC over the next week or so.
A "Sell" rated stock is one that I would not want to buy. I'd be more inclined to wait for a "Sell" rated stock to drop lower before I considered picking up any shares.
