Last week I upgraded Sirius Satellite (Nasdaq:SIRI) to "Weak Sell." This means I think there is more downside but the downside should abate soon. I reiterate that rating today.
A "Weak Sell" stock is one that I think will probably move lower, yet the downtrend should be minimal at this point. If you hold the stock and are hoping for a move higher, a "Weak Sell" could be good news. The "Weak Sell" rating is tricky, though. There are mixed signals that at once show the stock is going lower still, but could stop the drop anytime. It's a signal that says, "Be ready for a change of character." My least favorite rating is the "Weak Sell" or "Weak Buy." But, on the flipside, the next stop from "Weak Sell" is "Strong Buy"!
