Interim Report of Copenhagen Airports A/S (CPH) for the Three Months to 31 March 2006


COPENHAGEN, Denmark, May 2, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Operating and financial performance for Q1 2006 was in line with expectations

Passenger numbers at Copenhagen Airport rose by 7.2%

Revenue in Q1 2006, which was adversely affected by strikes at SAS, rose by 5.4% to DKK 639.0 million

Operating costs before depreciations in Q1 2006 rose by 10.9% to DKK 314.2 million primarily due to stricter EU security requirements, which have increased the number of employees by 131

EBITDA before specific items rose by 5.5% to DKK 334,1 million

Profit from investments rose to DKK 19.6 million

Profit before tax rose by 27.6% to DKK 215.5 million

The forecast for 2006 of approximately a 10% increase in profit is retained, taking into account certain one-off costs incurred in 2005
