JetBlue Airways Reports April Traffic


NEW YORK, May 4, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- JetBlue Airways Corporation (Nasdaq:JBLU) reported today that its traffic in April increased 24.8 percent from April 2005, on a capacity increase of 27.2 percent.

Load factor for April 2006 was 85.6 percent, a decrease of 1.7 points from April 2005. JetBlue's preliminary completion factor was 99.9 percent and its on-time performance was 81.3 percent.
