AcerMed has successfully prevailed before the United States District Court in connection with its motion to compel arbitration. The court granted AcerMed's motion and ordered both parties to alternate dispute resolution before a duly selected arbitrator.
While AcerMed remains committed to delivering the best product possible to the medical community, AcerMed and its capable legal team remain confident that AcerMed will prevail on all issues arising from MedInformatix's allegations.
Furthermore, AcerMed will seek to recover all damages caused by MedInformatix.
