(OTCBB:MPTS) (the "Company") reports that it has reserved the name Global Gaming Holdings Inc. with the State of Delaware, and will ask the shareholders holding a majority of the Company's common stock to approve an amendment to Article 1 of the Company's Articles of Incorporation to change the name of the Company to Global Gaming Holdings Inc.
In addition and further to the Company's news release dated April 26, 2006 the Company is incorporating a U.K. based subsidiary under the name Global Capital Holdings Inc.
