China Gold Corp. Announces Update on Forward Stock Split


GUANG NING, China, May 12, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- China Gold Corp. (Pink Sheets:CGDC), a Nevada Corporation, engaged in gold and minerals exploration and development of gold and mineral properties in China, would like to update on the forward stock split of the company's common stock. On a press release dated April 28, 2006, all shareholders of record on closing Friday, May 12, 2006 will be entitled to four additional shares of common stock for each share of common stock held on that date. The company's shares will be trading on a post split basis at the opening bell on Monday, May 15, 2006.
