The company would like to correct its forward stock split and the post split day of the company's common stock. A press release dated May 12, 2006 indicated that the company's shares would be trading on a post split basis at the opening bell on Monday, May 15, 2006. The post split day will be on May 16, 2006 not May 15, 2006.
