CORRECTING and REPLACING: NuTech Digital Inks Exclusive Distribution Agreement

VAN NUYS, Calif., May 16, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- In a release issued earlier, the company listed as a partner in the distribution agreement was incorrect; the company should have been Digital Acquisitions Company. The corrected release follows.

NuTech Digital, Inc. (OTCBB:NTDL), a worldwide leader in the production and distribution of original and licensed DVD content, today announced the execution of an exclusive distribution agreement with Digital Acquisitions Company, a United States based distributor.

Effective immediately, Digital Acquisitions Company, will receive exclusive worldwide distribution rights, including television broadcast rights, excluding Australia, Canada, and the United States of America, for the concert DVD productions of Gaelic Storm, 'Who Wanna Battle?', Fat Joe and D12. These distribution rights will complement distribution rights that NuTech already has in place for their products. The length of the term is for 3 years; the financial terms were not disclosed.

Lee Kasper stated, "This is yet another indication of the widespread interest in our entertaining productions. I am very pleased to be involved with Digital Acquisitions Company."
