Dale, President and CEO, will address shareholders at the Company's annual meeting on May 23 at 10:00 a.m. CDT at the Company's headquarters, 401 Cottage Avenue, Abilene, Kansas. At the meeting Dale will discuss financial results for Fiscal Year 2006, ended January 29, 2006 and provide an update on Duckwall-ALCO's progress with its ongoing growth, repositioning plans and initiatives. Results of the election of directors will also be announced.
